Updated flight permit issuance system for non-scheduled flights launches on 16 November 2026
The Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration (LTSA) informs air carriers that an updated flight permit issuance system for non-scheduled flights will come into operation on 16 November 2026.
As part of this update, the application for non-scheduled flight(s) (Form C) and the permit for non-scheduled flight(s) (Form D) will also be revised. The changes aim to digitise and simplify data processing, reduce manual workload and minimise the risk of human error.
What air carriers need to do
From 16 November 2026, applications for non-scheduled flight(s) must be submitted using the updated Form C and sent by email to [email protected].
Please note that the previous version of Form C, as well as any other earlier versions, will no longer be accepted from that date, as they will not be compatible with the updated permit issuance system.
For further information, please contact LTSA at [email protected].
