Data Protection Officer of the Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration is Agnė Arlikevičiūtė, Advisor at IT Division. 
Natural persons (data subjects) may contact Data Protection Officer regarding all matters related to: 

• the processing of their personal data by the Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration; 
• exercising their rights under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 

Data Protection Officer is obliged to ensure secrecy or confidentiality related to the performance of their duties, in accordance with European Union or national law.
