To verify the authenticity of the documents you will need to know a Personal identification number of seafarer. Personal identification number consists of 11 digits; 3xxxxxxxxxx or 5xxxxxxxxxx – for men, 4xxxxxxxxxx or 6xxxxxxxxxx - for women. Personal ID can be found in Passport, Personal Identity Card or Seaman‘s Book.

For Ukrainian seafarers please check Passport and insert 13 digits, under Record No., please enter just numbers without any symbols.
