STANDARD FORM OF SEAFARER’S EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Employment contracts with seafarers shall be concluded in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania of 26 April 2023 No. A1-267.

Employment contracts concluded before the entry into force of this Order shall be governed by the provisions of the standard employment contract previously in force.
